تعليمات حذف البيانات

يمكنك حذف بياناتك من تيلي تيل بإحدى الطريقتين:

أ) من داخل المنصة (للشركات المشتركة):

  1. سجّل الدخول إلى https://chat.teletel.io بحساب مدير.
  2. الإعدادات ← صناديق الوارد ← اختر الصندوق ← «حذف الصندوق». يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف جميع المحادثات والرسائل وجهات الاتصال المرتبطة به وإلغاء ربط الصفحة أو الحساب لدى Meta.
  3. لحذف حساب الشركة بالكامل، أرسل طلبًا وفق الطريقة (ب).

ب) بطلب مباشر (للشركات ولعملائها النهائيين على حد سواء):

  1. أرسل رسالة إلى البريد الرسمي eng.khalid@teletel.io بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات».
  2. اذكر فيها: اسم الشركة (إن كنت مشتركًا)، أو رقم الواتساب / اسم مستخدم إنستقرام / اسم حساب فيسبوك الذي راسلتَ به (إن كنت عميلًا نهائيًا).
  3. نتحقق من هويتك عبر القناة نفسها، ثم ننفذ الحذف خلال 30 يومًا ونرسل لك تأكيدًا بالبريد.

بعد تنفيذ الحذف لا نحتفظ بأي من بياناتك باستثناء ما يلزمنا القانون بحفظه.

Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Teletel in either of two ways:

A) Inside the platform (subscribed businesses):

  1. Sign in at https://chat.teletel.io as an administrator.
  2. Settings → Inboxes → select the inbox → “Delete inbox”. This deletes all related conversations, messages and contacts and unlinks the Page or account at Meta.
  3. To delete the whole company account, use method B.

B) By request (businesses and their end customers alike):

  1. E-mail eng.khalid@teletel.io with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. State your company name (subscribers), or the WhatsApp number / Instagram username / Facebook name you messaged us from (end customers).
  3. We verify your identity through the same channel, delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

After deletion we keep nothing except what the law requires us to retain.
